Dr. Rackovsky is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine.  He is a member of several professional societies.

Dr. Rackovsky received his bachelor of arts Magna Cum Laude from Yeshiva University in New York City, and his medical degree, with distinction in research, from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He completed a residency in internal medicine, and a fellowship in gastroenterology at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City. During his fellowship he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society in recognition of outstanding mentoring and clinical skills.

Dr. Rackovsky’s work in liver fibrosis and inflammatory bowel disease has been published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at local, national, and international conferences.

Dr. Rackovsky joined Gastroenterology Diagnostics in 2018.  He has hospital affiliations with St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Paterson and Wayne, Mountainside Hospital, and Chilton Memorial Hospital.
